Crank up the music. Yes, you're stressed out, but your solutions (coffee, alcohol and late nights) are making things worse. What you need is a good dose of music and a nap. Dig out those tunes that bring you back to nicer times -- why not make a playlist of those songs? Whenever you feel cranky and uptight, just press play and fall into bliss.
