daily greenscopes

Monday, March 11, 2013

Sometimes the best part of learning to live green is the experimentation. Try that recipe for gluten-free whole grain bread, or turn an old denim jacket into a sturdy grocery bag. The better you get at these things, the more your confidence grows. Don't sweat it if things don't turn out perfectly at first. You've got nothing but time.

Never really thought of that before; however, it hit home when we were waiting for hurricane Irene, I went to get my big lanterns, turned them on and they didn't work; opened up the lantern, and you could see the corosion on the batteries...so, a good lesson, for sure..thanks, Juta Semmel

Sounds good and simple! I'll be avoiding the Soy and Dates though. Soy is deadly and dates have too much fructose.
