Do a little scrimping -- don't toss the remnants of your condiments. Combine the last of mustard, ketchup, soy sauce and other bottled sauces with vinegar. Toss in some seasoning, such as garlic, onions and other herbs for a fantastic marinade. Don't hesitate to add extra packets of seasoning to the mix, too.
