Believe it or not my toddler LOVES kale, itís the only vegetable he will touch! So needless to say, we eat a lot of kale around here. I make this delicious smoothie for us often and he thinks itís such a treat! The kale flavor isnít ridiculously strong here so it works really well in this sweet drink.

I have never had banana together with kale before, but sounds interesting to try.

OK. Finally found a recipe for drinking my greens, with ingredients already on hand. My modified recipe used sliced frozen bananas, 1 1/2 cups chopped kale, a Tablespoon of ground flax seeds, 1 1/4 cups non-dairy milk, and a Tablespoon of ground oatmeal. It's like drinking a cool banana shake by a fresh-cut lawn. So good, it was enjoyed again this morning. Thanks for the recipe.
