diet is important, but so is how many calories and overall fat you eat. per 100g is it has more than 5g of fat, find a better alternative-according to rosemary conley. and exercise too!
If only this is all I had to do...I also need to exercise and drastically cut calories to lose my recently acquired belly fat!
