  5. Minnesota

Top 5 Unhealthiest States

  1. Mississippi and Louisiana (tie for 49th place)
  2. Arkansas
  3. West Virginia

It seems significant the the least healthy states are also among the poorest states with the poorest access to health care & the least ability to pay for proper nutrition.
