You need to avoid boredom and routine—you are unlikely to stick with anything that isn’t mentally stimulating. Incorporating music and social activity into your workout also keeps you motivated. Avoid shallow breathing and don’t overdo it as your lungs are quite sensitive. Group exercises/sports and gymnastics are good choices. Also, being the twins, you enjoy a sport with a partner. Oh good grief , I'm capricorn and I do not do jogging or running because frankly it's the one thing that really sets my asthma off ! (I do do yoga, swimming and martial arts though so I'm guessing the stretching bit is right)

I like to be active and moving, but hate to run. If I could get past that mental block, I know I'd be doing better. Unfortunately for my sign, there really wasn't too much actual advice, like some of the others. I guess it depends on your own dedication...
