When I'm practicing walking meditation I always use the simple breath in pure air, breath out happiness and tranquility.

Breathing occurs in a more automatic way that we forget that we can have some sort of control on it... I just got a diffuser. When I uses aromas, it helps me with the breathing exercises. See on http://davinamulimbi.tumblr.com
