Clothes Diet: 6 Items for a Month (video)

Here is an eco-friendly approach to our clothes. Many of us have overstuffed closets and we are constantly being tempted by the fashion industry to get more. But do we really need more?

Heidi Hackemer came up with a great experiment and a shopping diet challenge. Pick out six items from your collection and wear only those for a month.

for work I only wear 2 different pairs of pants/shirts per week so I think I could....but I do like to change underwear and socks every day!

Men have the easier way of suits with shirts and ties. Women have more fun but also more pressure to dress well. I think we all have too many things, often things that don't all work well together, and constantly get tempted to buy more by all the marketing everywhere. This is an interesting idea, and even if its not 6 items, maybe it 26, and that's enough. Makes life easier for sure.
