DIY: Instant Wood Christmas Trees

A couple of ideas for creating DIY Christmas tree substitutes, both utilizing reclaimed wood.

Above: Ingrid Jansen’s The (Christmas) Trees are crafted of six different reclaimed wooden planks; 25 from Wood, Wool & Stool, or make your own.

Above: You can screw small hooks into the trees to hang ornaments.

Well, isn't that cute? I live in a house ENTIRELY paneled in knotty pine, similar to what Kay L suggested, and this would be perfect. I've got the parts for one or more of these right out there in the barn! Thanks for the great suggestion!
