Actually I warn against buying organic food in grocery stores. I have found that some grocery stores mix their veggies together and or some customers return items to the wrong areas. If you buy organic please get it from a farmer or someone you know that grows their own or better yet try to grow what you can. You would be surprised what you can grow in a small amount of soil.

TY Ronnie~As many of you know I have been vegan 43 1/2 years, and have been an organic gardener {small farm} for DECADES. I am jumping up and down after reading Anitra's post! Good luck sweetie. If you have any questions regarding anything, please introduce yourself to me, and I will gladly give you the knowledge I've learned for over 3 decades. You make me so proud!
