Dry or Aging Skin
Eat foods rich in Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), such as salmon, flaxseed oil, and walnuts.
Rosacea
Eat lots of anti-oxidant-rich fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cantaloupe.
Acne
Eat foods rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene, such as melons, spinach, and broccoli. Avoid processed foods.

EFA's for women are evening primrose oil capsules. Great for people who don't eat fish or who are older and have problems with nuts. Swanson sells them pure and cheap.
