These foods are generally low in fat, sodium, and calories. They contain no cholesterol, and are high in fiber. Plus they supply a host of rejuvenating minerals.

Berries: Grapes and grape juice, blackberries, Goji berries, blueberries, raspberries bilberries, cranberries, strawberries, boysenberries, mulberries
