I knew cupcakes were evil behind that pink sugar!!! ;-) Bad to the bone!
Cooking everything from scratch and lots of veggies, fruits, little meat, it is venison or wild turkey when we eat it and we cut way down on the sugar....that's how we are doing it. No processed foods at our house.
No fast and instant food, No processed food.
All these makes us aged a lot! Stick to the old fashioned and fun way of making a meal,and your body will loves you for the nutrients...
