Fragrant Floor Wash How-To

Next time you’re mopping up the floors, consider adding essential oils to the soap and water. This author does, and whenever guests enter her home they almost always exclaim, “What smells so good in here?”

She notes that besides their wonderful aromas, there are known beneficial effects from essential oils that can be experiences by your whole family when their use is incorporated into the daily routine.

Here her recommended essential oils for floor-cleaning solutions:

Combine 20 drops of pure essential oils with Murphy’s oil soap or a health-food store brand of all-purpose detergent (Murphy’s is actually a detergent) as directed, to 2 gallons of water.

Wonderful, people who share aromatherapy and the many uses. I think the more people know of how essential oils can be used, they would save money and actualy have a healthier home. Cats like some essential oils. My sister uses certain essential oils to help them with certain conditions. She contacted Caroline Ingraham (Animal Aromatherapy) who advised her what to use. Oils must be organic though. Here is my link x
