I would also like to add my personal and very noticeable difference in my over all abiltiy to tolerate situations, stay calmer and to think more clearly vs. react, with the addition of Fish Oil in my diet. I noticed the difference about 3 months after when I was faced with and identical situation I had about 3 months ago. I noticed that my complete demeanor as to how I handled the situation was vastly improved. I felt calmer, able to reason more clearly and take a more appropriate action vs. a visceral, immediate reaction. This used to be my "NORMAL" reaction.
I now supplement daily with 900mg of DHA which is the optimal amount for very good brain health.
The bare minimum of DHA a person could benefit pretty well from is 240mg. of DHA. Or, simply consuming fish (other than Tilapia or catfish or carp(tilapia in an American word-Tilapia means Carp in Thailand, or other fresh water fish. Only ocean fish have the DHA) 2 or more times per week.
It really does a body(human) good and brain and heart especially so.
