A lot of us are interested in losing a little weight, or at least not gaining any. Dieting is often not the answer. I checked my cereals boxes which I thought were healthy, then I watch several videos about cereals, Dr Ann said they should have 5g of fibers per serving and 10g or less sugar per serving to be really healthy... I may just finish what I thought were healthy cerals and look out for more boring options...then this nutritian in another video just said it's better to stay away from cereals...and eat fruits instead as you get the fiber and not the nasty starch....booohoooo.... I don't know what to eat for breakfats anymore now.... !!!! but thnx for the article/videos!

OK, I watched the second one too - cute song, but a short list would have been enough.
Sorry - I think my comments are sounding a bit negative tonight, I don't mean them to be. Maybe it's just the catching up with mails, messages, shopping, washing, dishes and unpacking after coming home from a 16 hour journey ...
Tomorrow will be writing better.

I appreciate this article. We all need to do what we can, and I turned to a natural cooking diet. We've already lost weight.

the only thing I didn't like is that list of 13. For those who are on food stamps, many have to already choose from affordable or healthy. Conventional strawberries are better than store brand bologna. It won't change over night, but you've got to start somewhere.
