There are so many wonderful super foods out there. I do want to mention thatBlueberries should be organic since they do use a lot of pesticides on them. On the shoppers guide to pesticides in produce they are #13 on the list. For more info you can go to

For some reason, I am a big vegetable eater, but not fruits. I buy for my wife, and clean them for her, but some reason will not do that for myself.
