You also don’t need a high speed blender to incorporate those green and leafies into your smoothies. I’ve made hundreds of green smoothies in my bottom-of-the-line blender that I’ve had since 2006. If you’re not using a high speed blender, you just need to be a little bit more persistent. Blend, blend and blend some more, and don’t forget to let the motor rest for 10-15 seconds for every 1-2 minutes that you let it run.
