Identify Your Stone Allies: How-To Exercise

Identify Your Stone Allies: How-To Exercise

Everything around us may be considered a “reflector” of some kind. Even people we meet, whether we like them or not, are in some way “mirrors” of our own selves. The reason we donít recognize them as such is that we donít see those faults or qualities within ourselves.

Crystals are particularly powerful reflectors for they are light-bearers. They receive, store, and transmit light. The way they can help us most is by enabling us to discover our inner “light” that connects us with the Light that is the source-center of All That Is. So crystals are primarily allies for self-transformation.

Learn here how to identify a stone ally:

To find out why a particular stone has come to you, hold it in your left hand and lie down in your indoor power spot. Close your eyes and hold the stone to your navel. This is the center of your energy-system and where you are able to establish contact with anything in existence. Then, mentally ask the stone why it has come to you.

Although a stoneís “awareness” is entirely different from ours, it is possible to communicate telepathically. Images in the form of shapes or colors may come into your mind, or a mental picture may form.

You may have a visionary experience which may seem like a dream. Such an experience, though, may not happen right away, so you may need to persist with this exercise over a period of time.

The secret is not to “try.” You merely relax and donít do anything. It is like looking at a blank television screen immediately after switching on and waiting for a picture to appear.

Sounds fascinating and intriguing, love collecting small stones, tiny geodes and friend gave me two energy crystals.

Always interesting to explore new concepts and Shamanism is one that I have heard of every now and then so I Googled Shamanism/Chakras/Medicine Wheel (Mandala) with a reference to power spots which can be either on the body or geographical such as Uluru (Ayers Rock) in Australia or Kitselas Canyon, British Columbia. Some geographical spots are reserved for the exclusive use of a Shaman.

Always fascinating to learn about the different experiences and insights from around the world.
