Evolution of the mind, body, and spirit is the way – the truth – of the natural world. Time passes and we change, we mature. When we live by this truth, we evolve. If we pay attention to our relationships and experiences, we get better and better at being us. A commitment to living awake means that we can become more masterful versions of ourselves. In this way, we move toward our greatest potential.
Sometimes we allow ourselves to become distracted by the chaos, addiction, or complacency. We pull away from, or reject completely, our own evolutionary nature. This disconnection creates a sense of restlessness, a longing. It’s painful – mentally, physically, and emotionally.
To ease or at least tolerate that pain, we lean more heavily into our distractions. Soon there is a new cycle ruling our lives, one that carries us farther and farther from the truth, farther from our integrity, farther from our power.
It doesn’t have to be this way.

+ add your ownOver 3 years ago, when I was dying and trapped, I asked my Higher Power, "what's wrong with me?"
The answer came, "You have a complaining spirit."
"Please, do something. How can I get rid of it?"
"And why shouldn't I be complaining? Even my counselor
tells me I'm trapped. I'm dying, in continuous pain and I'm sick, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually."
I have a very patient and often gentle HP. He asked me, "Could you begin just to imagine things are the way you want them to be?"
"I'll try," I said obediently.
That was the beginning of getting well. HP had me out of that trap in two months. He had me out of overwhelming debt in 11 months. I got a promotion at work.
My doctor said, "I don't think you've got diabetes any more." I got tests and second opinions. My health was fully restored including two teeth, decaying on the inside going for the nerve, healed according to before and after xrays.
"It all began when H P asked me, "Could you begin just to imagine things are the way you want them to be?"
Zowie!!!
Now that I am following the path, more and more messages come my way to confirm the path.
Thank you.
There is a choice, thank goodness, as to whether to grow or not... too many choose not to grow, and that is sad, because life can be wonderful if one rids herself of all the toxic things that happen in life.
"..we can heal. We can come back to the truth. We can choose to move through this discomfort, back to peace, back into power. " Christy Diane Farr

Thanks for sharing and reminding us of these triths we sometimes forget in oir busy day to day lives.
Interesting article - thanks for posting.
Great thougths to be learned from...
When I was a teenager,
long, long ago
in a world far away
I continued to follow
the clarion call of soul.
My family knew naught of these things,
nor did I speak of them.
Books,ancient writers, modern scholars,
whispered to me enchantments.
There was a poem that captured memory
until I surrendered to memorize the words.
yet not the title nor the after half of it.
These words I recall
Deep down within the depths of me
There stirs a mighty restless sea.
Its waves of memory touch the shore
of consciousness and more and more
as time unreals through realm of space
my self reveals its god like face,
a god force breathing in each form
of life I've lived about me swarm
the eons passed in which I've dwelled
vague, fleeting glimpses now beheld.
One day, an inner voice persists
I'll reach beyond all that exists
................................
That was all I memorized.
I cannot find the poem
though I have searched.
