Here at our Intentional Community, many of our members live a lifestyle that includes Yoga and meditation, but this video, WoW.

I causes me to wonder what her views would look like, if there were no monetary reward, such as a book sale. Personally, I thought it was an Ikea commercial for their new beer and the actors had sampled just a wee bit too much.

While I can't open the Video, I can vouch for the general benefits of Yoga! Men and women should perhaps just read up on the benefits of (and practice) "Shoulder Stand" and "Head Stand".
