I can’t believe I’m 27 days into daily gift-giving. It has been so much easier than I thought it would be. Sometimes all it took was paying attention to the opportunities for spreading kindness that presented themselves. And, that’s what I’ve been hearing from others who are participating in the Kindness Revolution. Other times, giving has been as easy as cleaning out my home and donating things I no longer need to charity. But, no matter what I’ve given, it has been clear to me that giving is always a win-win situation. Others benefit from the gifts but I benefit from giving them. It just feels good to give.
I’m giving away more copies of my book The Life Force Diet today as my gift to my readers and participants in the Kindness Revolution. Winners will be selected from the comments by the people at Care2.com. It is packed with insights to eat a healthier, enzyme-rich diet, and includes lots of delicious recipes.
If you’re just joining us for the Kindness Revolution, I’m trying to spread kindness in the world by giving 29 gifts in 29 days, inspired by the book 29 Gifts. And, I’m asking you to join me. If you’re just tuning in, check out the first blog in this series. And, don’t forget that it’s never too late to join the Kindness Revolution. Start today!
