Keep in mine that not all cats have this and a simple test from your vet can tell you if your kitty has it. All you have to do is wear gloves and wash your hands. Don't et rid f your kitty and freak out about it. Good grief!

I've owned cats most of my adult life and I've had 7 healthy children during that time....washing your hands well when you're finished cleaning the litter box is probably key.
