Spring and Summer Leg Shaving Gel Formula
1 comment

There was a New Yorker cartoon a few years back which showed a man
commenting to a friend that he always knew when spring was coming
because his wife started shaving her legs again.

With their legs hidden away behind pants and tights, many women take a reprieve from shaving in the winter, as this cartoonist so wryly noted.

Spring will arrive this weekend, so are you one who will bring out the
razor? Try this great shaving gel; it is moisturizing and antiseptic!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup natural shampoo
1/4 to 3/4 cup water
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
8 drops antiseptic essential oil such as refreshing mint.

Blend until well mixed. Use more or less water depending on texture desired. Herbal shampoos are used in this formula because they don’t contain drying detergents (sodium lauryl sulfates). Check even so-called natural shampoos for the preservative paraben, and avoid those products because parabens have been found in breast cancer cells.

Or, even better: You can stop shaving altogether. No more wasting water, resources, and your time. No more nicks or stubble. It's a great step for gender equality, and most men actually like the natural look!
