5 Tips for Living from the Heart
A growing number of people are discovering that living from the heart is a beautiful way to walk through life and observe the world around us. Not only can living from the heart improve health, self-confidence and personal performance, but it can also give you a sense of fulfillment and general well-being.
I’d like to share with you five tips for living from the heart. Take a week and try one each day. Choose a tip and make a commitment to integrate it in all that you do for that entire day.
Five Tips for Living from the Heart
Tip 1: Choose to practice love, compassion and appreciation as a way of life.
Tip 2: Learn to live in the now, bringing more of your real self into each moment.
Tip 3: Practice listening to your heart’s discernment for intuitive guidance through life’s interactions: personal, family or social.
Tip 4: Give back. This can inspire the one who receives what you give to someday give back to another, which can energize a great many people to do the same until a chain of giving back weaves its way around the globe.
Tip 5: Practice going back to your heart to gain more intuitive understanding of how to find balance and rhythm while facing stress and resistance.
