Way to go Los Angeles. Plastic bags, and other plastic items, need to be banned across the United States. Plastic bags fill are all over the land. They end up in trees, landfills, oceans, etc. They are horrible and other plastic items bring poison into your home and food. It's time to call for a nation wide ban on all plastic.
