He often addresses issues that are painfully common in the “American bedroom” but nonetheless lead to lives of quiet desperation. Since there are so many diets available on the market, I thought I would come up with my own: "The Sex Diet". During sex, the cardiovascular system gets a workout, so does the lungs too. It can be practised alone, in couple or in group. It makes one feel good, not crappy like other diets. And it's free.
