Adorable Slow Loris (2 videos)

Forget cats and dogs. Our heart goes out to Sonya, an adorable slow loris.

In this first video she gets a tasty lunch of neighborhood worms. Judge for yourself how absolutely yummy she thinks they are. A locavore’s delight.

She’s even cuter in the next video on page 2 when she’s being tickled.

Watch Sonya the slow loris in heaven as she’s tickled. I’m not sure I’ve seen anything cuter. Such amazing big round eyes, and what a tummy. You can almost hear her saying “More, more!”

Absolutely adorable, but I'll add my voice to the others who questioned her background history. It would be more responsible if articles/videos of endangered cuties were accompanied by cautionary statements about their status.

Looks a bit like a lemur or one of those rare primates.

It is not cute to have endangered species as pets!

Another cruel and stupid article by Cris Popenoe! Is there some way to get rid of her from Care2? It's a pity we don't have the option to flag as inappropriate articles like these. I'm disgusted!

I agree with the majority here that exposing this breed to the public is to condemn them. I just can't accept our stupidity !! It is so frustrating.

Care2 should be more careful about showing videos of this cute creature because it might encourage someone to investigate buying a Slow Loris over the internet. In fact Care2 should have shown more responsibility and included the link supplied by Breydon W.,. along with some facts about the fate of this poor creature. Thanks Breydon.
