Like an ability or a muscle, hearing your inner wisdom is strengthened by doing it.
–Robbie Gass

If you want to feel more connected to your own intuition, and would like to have a long-lasting feeling of inner calm, try this simple activity. All you need is a journal and a pencil or pen.

Read this psychic author’s idea for deeper connection to the Greater Power here:

Echo Bodine suggests keeping a “God Journal.” Get a blank journal that is extra special to use for writing letters to God. She writes all her concerns, thoughts, feelings, questions, needs, and wants in it. She reports that it is a good way to get focused and also to connect with God in a different way.

Sometimes she takes her journal out to lunch with her and pretends she’s having lunch with God. She will jot down a question and then write out the message she gets back from her inner voice. She says that sometimes she gets an answer and sometimes she doesn’t, but she always feels plugged into God when lunch is over. The feeling of inner calmness permeates her whole being.
