Find out the Mayan secret for soft, shining, lustrous hair. This simple formula is one of the most nourishing things you can do for your hair. If blow-drying and winter dry air have left your tresses dry, flyaway, or damaged, let this formula–which uses a traditional ingredient prized by the Mayans–restore silky luster and beauty to your hair.

Read the formula here:

1 egg yolk

1. Mash avocado and mix with other ingredients, stirring thoroughly to combine.

2. Apply mixture to hair and allow it to remain for 30 minutes or longer.

3. Shampoo and condition as usual.

All these ingredients are good for your hair but we mustn't forget that a good diet and protecting your hair from the elements during the winter months are also very important.
