Mixed Greens with Pears, Cranberries, and Goat Cheese

Mixed Greens with Pears, Cranberries, and Goat Cheese

Nothing could be easier to throw together than this pretty salad. Crisp winter pears combined with the pleasant bite of goat cheese and the sweetness of dried cranberries make this dish a party for the palate.

This recipe won’t even take five minutes.

INGREDIENTS
4 to 6 ounces baby greens (mesclun), or more as desired
2 firm pears (preferably Bosc), cored and diced
¼ cup dried cranberries
4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
Balsamic vinaigrette or raspberry vinaigrette dressing to taste

Combine the ingredients in a serving bowl, toss well, and serve.

Interesting. Thanks. I don't know about the goat cheese though.

I would have to change out the goat cheese for something milder, like Gouda, but the rest sounds yummy and easy.
