Natural Greasing Lubricants

If you are looking for a cruelty-free, eco-friendly substitute for a petroleum-based lubricant for bicycle chains, sewing machines, and such, try jojoba!

Pure jojoba, a liquid wax that never goes rancid, is an excellent natural engine lubricant. This natural lubricant is so good it is even being tested on airplane engines! Jojoba is available in health food stores.

As I have mentioned previously, the rape seed oil is the better natural oil. It is being used in Scandinavia instead of petrol (gasoline in the US). Car engines and gear boxes function perfectly on this natural oil.

This is a wonderful tip, I'm always looking for the harder to find information that leads to truely natural answers.
