Despite my age, nearly 50, not at all.

its normal for some bones/joints to pop and pak, mine do and at nearly 50 i am fit enough to run around and do tai chi,,,,,,,,
first thing in the morning they pop especially if i stretch or warm up, i always thought that more supple joints will pop and crackle, and it may be possible that boney bodies pop and crackle more

my ankles and knees creak/click constantly and by back, neck and fingers get a tight feeling so i tend to crack those to alleviate that pressure. i've had surgery on my knee and now on a lot of pain medication for my joints. i've now been diagnosed with some medical conditions on some of my joints, but it's taken YEARS to get diagnosis
