This wasn't much help. I was really hoping for some useful info on this subject. I was one of the lucky ones I guess and never had a problem with acne. My son however, is not so lucky. He has tried it all, nothing seems to help! I keep telling him he needs to drink more water but that is the one thing he won't do now! So frustrating!
