I'm currently pregnant with my second. I personally wouldn't try a vegan diet and I agree with Rachel E. My obgyn says most herbal teas are just fine and even relaxing for youas long as they do not cotain caffeine. It's better to hit the tea than the wine bottle.

I disagree about herbal supplements and teas. Many are ok, if not more beneficial to pregnancy and getting your body ready for labor/delivery.
