Prepare to Live with Life Force

Our approach to food is often quite mindless even though the health of every cell, tissue, organ, as well as our emotional and even spiritual well-being is affected by our food choices. Jay Leno, the comedian, observed this fact when he said, “I went into a McDonald’s yesterday and said, ‘I’d like some fries.’ The girl at the counter said, ‘Would you like some fries with that?’”

Think of the last time you sat down to a quick meal at a local fast-food restaurant or opted for the drive-through window as you rushed back to the office. You probably don’t remember tasting the food you bought, let alone enjoying it.

This week, I would like you to start by becoming more conscious of your food choices, the spaces between meals, the frequency with which you eat, the selection in your fridge and pantry, and the labels on the foods you choose. Becoming more conscious of our current habits can open up our awareness to making better choices for the future. And, since we’ll be jumping into The Life Force Diet in just a few days, it’s valuable to be aware of your “jumping-off-point.”

Life force foods are the secret weapon against aging, excess weight, and disease of all kinds. In addition to the many vitamins, minerals, natural plant pigments, and other healing phyto­nutrients found in life force foods, many life force foods are packed with miracle healing substances called enzymes. Enzymes in foods were only discovered over the past several decades, yet are showing tremendous promise to prevent or heal disease, restore great health, slow the aging process, and help with weight loss.
