Rae, if you're allergic to chamomile, just use 2 peppermint teabags, or another herbal tea of your choice. Chamomile is soothing to the skin, but you'll benefit from the steam with or without it.

And when you're finished, have a cup of the still-warm tea. The chamomile will help you relax and the peppermint is good for the digestion.

I'm allergic to chamomile. Is there an alternative tea that can be used for this?
Thank you :)
