Here is a great tool to try when you’re feeling unbalanced: first, take the fun quiz to determine your dosha, or life-energy type, then see which fragrances will help you to stay calm and energized, serene and stable. The answers may surprise you, but they are based on a potent combination of ancient Hindu Ayurvedic wisdom and aromatherapy science.

Just in time for the holidays, when most of us need all the help staying balanced that we can get! Take the quiz and find out how, here:

First, take the Dosha Quiz.

Here are your balancing aromatherapy fragrances:

VATA
Vanilla
Orange
Lavender
Pine

PITTA
Rose
Jasmine
Sandalwood
Peppermint

KAPHA
Cinnamon
Basil
Eucalyptus
Musk

A Few Ways to Use Your Fragrances

1. Place a drop or two of essential oil on a cool light bulb. When you turn on the lamp, the fragrance will be released as the bulb warms.

2. Add a drop or two of essential oil to a tub of warm water. Soak your cares away!

3. Place a drop of oil on a hanky for a refreshing whiff whenever you need one.
