I prepare a meal for my hair......baking soda in water.
Second course: egg yolks, olive oil, avocado, yogurt.
Last course,....natural apple cider vinegar with water.
Works for me.
Some very valuable tips, thanks. It's a bit difficult though to do without brushing one's hair, or even getting a blowdry once a week. I guess the therapeutic value of both actions balances the damage done!
