I have to disagree, somewhat!...by sincerely saying you are sorry, gives another the right to change their own wrongs!!!!! recognize, own, change one's opinion, and reconcile!...or just plain stop the crap!!...........saying you are sorry, changes you and be careful, but when you share it, CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!...for you and everyone, just like a ripple in the pond!
