its gross that most people nowadays don't know what real food is. just because you're eating it doesn't make it food!

You know, this really bugs me. If there's better evidence out there that should have been what was reported here.

Shame on Care2 for allowing such unsupported anecdotal claptrap to appear on this site. This is pushing an agenda to a really ridiculous extreme.

Amazing how after supposedly sitting out in the open for six months the white plate (and the food it contains) remains as shiny and dust-free as it was on day one. And Cathleen is right - any apartment is going to have bugs. And roaches thrive on preservatives and anything else food has to throw at them (they eat things that would thoroughly sicken humans but that cause roaches to live happy and fruitful lives). Leave food out for six months and it will attract every roach in the neighborhood.

I don't believe this video is truthful. And I question why anyone would base their beliefs on such a video, which hardly constitutes a legitimately-controlled scientific experiment.

Don't eat at McDonald's if you don't like the taste of the food (many people do like their food, but individual tastes vary). But, like with anything else, judge it honestly instead of blindly accepting that which only feeds into prior prejudices.

This is sad and disgusting. It's a shame most people don't know what real food tastes like.
