Seal Caught in Fishing Gear Rescued (Video)

When a poor seal is nearly strangled by fishing gear in Cape Cod, IFAW workers come to the rescue. The seal was startled and briefly hurt, but in the end it’s thanks to responsible fishermen and the hard work of animal rights’ organizations that adorable sea creatures like this one survive.

It was bleeding, now the sharks will smell the blood and come to eat it, they should have taken the poor animal to a rehabilitation center for healing first before returning the animal back to the ocean.

Go Cape Cod! God bless everyone involved in saving this poor guy. He must have been so terrified, but swam away thinking to himself 'next time I screw up, go to people!'.
