Don’t start weeping yet if you’re partial to a certain wine. If you read down this list you’ll see that one wine is truly the winner — but unless you plan on chugging the entire bottle — your wine choice won’t mean life or death. As far as daily intake, these numbers are not different enough to make a huge impact. However, for multiple wine servings and longterm wine choice, you might want to welcome your tastebuds to the dark side.
