Spa Don’ts: Fat Dissolving Treatments

Even if a spa looks sanitary, you'll know they're on the seedy side if they offer a fat dissolving treatment. It sounds magical, but watch this video to find out why this treatment is absolutely phony.   Related: 6 Bizarre Spa Treatments (Slideshow)

Why did they show a picture of a woman's face when they spoke about redness and bruising? Most people want to get rid of fat on their arms and the lower half of their bodies. Also, why show a skinny model in the beginning? This video didn't teach us much except for telling us the treatments don't work. An article probably would have been better than a film.

You'd have to be really gullible to believe that such a treatment would actually work.
