Staying Fit at Any Age (video)

This video features a fit 57-year-old school principal who explains how she stays fit by eating a healthy diet and exercising. First we see her body as compared to a 32-year-old. Then we’re told about normal body changes as we age, and we get advice on nutrition and exercise for the 30s, the 40s, and the 50s.

My auntie is 84 and still cuts her own lawn, manages a large garden. She sometimes spends hours in the garden. She looks great too. Someone to look upto.

thanks. i believe eating organic foods and have a regular exercise in Gym....Being positive in life. is a Key to be young.

Reduce fast foods. oily foods......Always eat less.
