very true. there are other ways to beat stress than just eating. do some exercise and vent out your frustration through doing that! plan your day better so you're not having things all falling at the same time and also be aware of your own limitations, or at work-what your role actually is. don't do someone else's work unless you really HAVE to. they're getting away with the stress, but adding it to you; and you're not getting paid for it, or getting the recognition for it! my partner has a habit of doing this and then wonders why he's so stressed out!

I'm from the Ozark mountains. I think folks here, figured out a non food use for sugar, long ago.
