Spring is the perfect time to cleanse your body. But, detoxing doesn’t have to mean deprivation. Help your body detox by adding this unique, delicious and nutrient-packed smoothie to your diet. You’ll be amazed at how good it tastes…and how good it makes you feel. Here’s the recipe for my super spring cleansing smoothie:
Dr. Michelle’s Super Spring Cleansing Smoothie
1˝ cups of cold water (or more if you prefer a thinner consistency)
6 inches of organic cucumber, sliced in half-inch disks
One stalk of organic celery, sliced in 2-inch pieces
One organic avocado, pit and skin removed
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the texture is smooth. Adjust the amount of water if you prefer a thinner or thicker consistency. While you are marvelling at the great taste, you may forget that the celery provides over 14 pain-fighting compounds and loads of vitamins and minerals, including: riboflavin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, vitamins A, C, and K, folate, potassium and manganese. The avocado adds fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamins C and K, and folate. The cucumber is a good source of vitamins A, C and K, pantothenic acid, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese.

Thank you :)
Not sure if this is as delicious as it is nutritious but thanks for sharing!
while this looks delicious and is certainly nutritious there is NO need to detoxify. our bodies do a great job all on thier own. just cut out the processed foods
I'm just about to start a spring cleanse and this sounds delicious!!
Thanks for sharing. Great drink.
Another great share. And, I just happened to have stocked up on all of these veggies just yesterday. I'd rather consume my nutrients than use supplements. However, you can't get enough of D3!!!
thanks for sharing
Thanks
all things we'd eat anyhow so a good first approach to cleansing
