Lots of good information. I disagree about naps being a "only if you must" option though! Lots of studies show how helpful and healthy napping can be.

Thank you for the solutions to the mistakes. They were very helpful. My stumbling block is sticking to a good sleep routine. I find myself staying up late instead of sleeping. Then sleeping late and loosing my morning hours. Not good!

Always slept on my belly until MS got hold of me and my knees and muscles will not let me lay on my belly anymore so now have to be content with lying on my side. Which turns out to be a better solution. Interesting article and a good read...Thank you so much for information.
