Thanks a lot for sharing this. Peppermint tea is really effective to relieve an upset stomach. However I can't eat (insoluble) fibers. That is too much for my stomach to handle. Insoluble fibers are great for my stomach though. A daily dose of probiotics and excerise are also part of my daily IBS-managing routine.
